Induction Cookbook & Ordering Info FAQ's!
So, tell me about this cookbook!
I can't believe it will be 4 years since I released my first cookbook, Sheila's Super-Simple Low-Carb Desserts.  It's crazy, but I got the
itch again just a few months after completing it - especially since I consistently noticed one thing among those just getting started on
Atkins:  what about easy-to-prepare, Induction-friendly meals?

I need Induction menus!  Induction recipes, please!
Well, I aim to please ... hence this new cookbook!  I just wish I had so many recipe ideas when I first started this way of eating back in
2001 - I was practically eating the same things every single day!  Boredom is a recipe for failure with any way of eating, so I knew I had
to get creative in order to thrive on this program.

Are these recipes original, or simply a compilation of low-carbohydrate recipes I can find for free on the Internet?
As with Sheila's Super-Simple Low-Carb Desserts, 100% of the recipes in Sheila's Super-Simple Low-Carb Meals: Perfect For Induction!
are 100% original.  Many are my childhood favorites (courtesy of Mom!) converted to low-carb, or recipes I created along the way after
starting this program.  That said, the only way you will find duplicates of my recipes elsewhere on the Internet is if they are duplicated
from
my cookbook!

What kinds of recipes are in this cookbook?
The cookbook is divided into two categories:  Appetizers & Entrées, and consist of fish, chicken, pork, veal, and turkey recipes.  There
are no sugar alcohols used in this cookbook, and all ingredients are very easily found in any ordinary supermarket!  Interested in all the
recipe names?  See below!

Is every single recipe in the cookbook Induction-friendly?
With the exception of about 4 recipes out of 150, Sheila's Super-Simple Low-Carb Meals is Induction-friendly in its entirety.  Those not
100% Induction-friendly were recipes I loved so much and wanted to share so badly that I just couldn't leave them out!  These specific
recipes are denoted (*) below.

Are carb counts included in this cookbook?
But of course!  Also note that there are no sugar alcohols in the ingredients of this cookbook!  Since Atkins followers are instructed not
to mind calories or fat in
Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution, only carbohydrate content is cited for each recipe.

Okay, I was impressed that your dessert cookbook had only 6 "fancy" ingredients for all 150 recipes.  What about this one?
You will find that I outdid myself with Sheila's Super-Simple Low-Carb Induction Meals:  the one and only "fancy" ingredient you will need
for the
entire cookbook is Sugar-Free DaVinci Syrup - flavor(s) of your choice.  (Available at WalMart, Netrition, health food stores, or TJ
Maxx.)  All other ingredients can be found in any ordinary grocery store.

How much?  Any tips before placing my order?
$15.99 USD.  Shipping fee represents only 1.) what I pay to ship your order and 2.) the PayPal fee - never a penny more.  (In other
words, no vague exorbitant "Handling" fees.) Orders ship the day of received payment.  Please also note that all sales are final, and that
since USPS tracking information is provided through PayPal with each order,
SugarFreeSheila.com is not responsible in the
extremely rare event that an order  has been tampered with, lost, or stolen in transit once it leaves my hands.  (For information
on Insurance, please read on.)  Also, please make sure your PayPal-Confirmed address information is current and accurate
prior to
placing order.  Since modifying Buyer's inaccurate or non-updated address myself renders me ineligible for Seller Protection, a refund for
the payment will be sent once I am alerted of this so that Buyer may remedy the matter and resubmit the order if they choose.  Likewise,
orders with an Uncomfirmed Buyer address will also receive a refund since PayPal will not process shipping labels for them.

Where do I send payment?

(Payable to Sheila Pereyra.  For U.S. shipping:  please add $1.56 for 1-book orders, $2.41 for 2-book orders, & $2.77 for the 3-book Super-Duper Bargain Package.)

What is the ISBN number?
0-9746646-1-8

Can I find your 3 books in major, large-chain bookstores and libraries?
I do receive orders in the mail frequently from small and large-chain bookstores, as well as libraries.  This occurs when someone is at a
bookstore, looks for my book & sees that it isn't in stock, so they request it at the front desk.  My 3 books are all officially published, so
via their
Books In Print-listed ISBN number (which is a bar code shown on the backs of published books), the bookstore therefore mails
me an order for the book(s).  So, that said, the more requests my books get at bookstores and libraries, the more likely they will all soon
be official carriers!
Please note:  If for whatever reason your request at a bookstore/library to get my cookbook(s) is met with a "Sorry,
it's not listed"
response, this simply means that the bookstore or library's database is not properly updated with Books In Print - which is
the definitive database of all published works.  In other words, this bookstore or library does not have an updated system of new-released
material - and if this is a large-chain bookstore or a library worth its salt, it is up to them to address this matter.

Due to the airline misplacing my luggage & being without everything
for close to a month, I was forced to purchase clothes whenever &
however I could find them.  This frock is a gift shop purchase out of
desperation, vanity-sized "0/S," yet fit me like a muumuu.  My stab at
a solution?  I can almost never find a belt in my size even in the best
of circumstances as it is, so I took a silk scarf folded in half to
function as a makeshift for the day.  My shoes were borrowed & 2½
sizes too big (my shoe size is hard enough to find in Dallas!), &
ended up twisting my ankle that day.  Whew!
