My body fat may be 14% - but that tells only half the health story, doesn't it? What about my LDL cholesterol? HDL? My triglycerides? Am I even in good health aside from being at a consistent ideal-weight goal since late 2001?
Below is proof-positive that one can maintain or often improve blood work by following Atkins for the long-term. I'm not special, though: results like these seem to happen to the vast majority of those who follow the program by the book.
It may behoove those of us with long-term Atkins success to arm ourselves with copies of our healthy panels when it comes to naysayers. Prove them wrong!
